Commercial activityOrders, bookings, subscriptions, rewards, and referrals may carry additional brand or programme-specific rules.
OperatorThese terms are issued by Company IV Ltd and apply across Company Four platform experiences unless a service says otherwise.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Company Four, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional rules, policies, programme terms, or checkout conditions presented for a particular application, brand, merchant, community, experience, booking, or referral flow.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What the platform provides

Company Four is a multi-tenant platform that may provide public pages, user accounts, payments, products, subscriptions, bookings, digital tickets or passes, communities, rewards, referrals, support tooling, forms, reviews, notifications, and AI-assisted or automated product features. Some services may be offered directly by Company Four, while others may be offered by or on behalf of a brand, organiser, merchant, or community using the platform.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account, making a purchase, submitting a request, or joining a programme.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, credentials, devices, and access links unless the issue was caused by our own failure to secure the platform.
  • You must keep login credentials and access tokens confidential.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, abusive, fraudulent, or used unlawfully.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, scrape restricted content at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to bypass permissions or rate limits.
  • Do not use the platform to upload or submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
  • Do not use AI, automation, messaging, support, or notification features to spam, harass, impersonate, or distribute harmful content.
  • Do not use another person's data, payment method, or account without authority.

5. Orders, bookings, and subscriptions

  • Prices, availability, discounts, subscription terms, and booking inventory may change before an order is accepted or confirmed.
  • Specific products, bookings, memberships, or programmes may include additional rules, eligibility criteria, cancellation terms, redemption conditions, timing restrictions, or venue or organiser conditions.
  • Completion of payment does not override fraud checks, verification requirements, or operational fulfilment limits.
  • Where third-party brands or organisers are involved, fulfilment, venue changes, scheduling, and event-specific conditions may be governed partly by their rules.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. You authorise us and our providers to charge the amounts due for valid purchases, subscriptions, and related taxes or fees. Failed payments, chargebacks, fraud concerns, or payment-provider restrictions may lead to delayed fulfilment, suspension, or cancellation of access where appropriate.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the product, booking, subscription, event, membership, or programme involved. Where a specific checkout, offer, or programme page sets out its own cancellation or refund terms, those additional terms will apply alongside these terms. Where they do not, we will assess requests in line with the nature of the service purchased, any fulfilment already provided, fraud-prevention needs, and any mandatory rights available under applicable UK consumer law.

8. UK consumer rights for digital content and services

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, digital content supplied through the platform should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, and services should be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Where the law gives you a right to repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction, or another remedy, those rights continue to apply. Where digital content is supplied immediately or a service begins within a cancellation period, we may ask for the confirmations required by UK law to start performance at your request.

9. Rewards, referrals, and promotions

Community rewards, referral programmes, discounts, and promotional campaigns may be subject to separate eligibility rules, limits, expiry dates, attribution logic, and acceptance requirements. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards, referrals, or discounts where we reasonably believe misuse, duplication, fraud, or programme abuse has occurred.

10. User content and submissions

If you submit reviews, support content, form responses, uploaded assets, messages, or other content, you keep ownership of what you are entitled to own, but you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

11. AI and automated features

AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for commercial, operational, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. We may limit or suspend access to AI features to protect the service or manage risk.

12. Intellectual property

The platform, including our software, design, branding, workflows, and original content, is owned by Company Four or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms and any applicable law.

13. Availability and changes

Features, interfaces, pricing models, and supported capabilities may change from time to time. We may add, remove, pause, or modify any part of the service, including beta, AI, checkout, or programme functionality.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, infrastructure, legal compliance, or platform integrity. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain records may still be retained where required for transactions, disputes, security, legal obligations, or legitimate operational needs.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that all features will always operate without defects, delays, or third-party dependency issues.

16. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company Four will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or related to use of the platform. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the relevant service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the issue arose.

17. Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in another part of the United Kingdom require otherwise. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere in the UK.

18. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the revised version unless applicable law requires a different process.
